We request that all pickup orders be placed by 8pm the day prior to pickup. For large orders, additional advance notice is appreciated. Please select from the menu of flavors available on the day of your planned pickup. Customers who place pickup orders in advance may proceed directly to the front counter and ask for assistance from one of our staff.

Delivery Rules and Pricing . . . . . . . . Georgetown Cupcake delivers to the Washington DC, New York City, Boston, and Los Angeles metros areas. Delivery fees start at $10, and the minimum order for delivery is one dozen cupcakes. We request that all delivery orders be placed by 7pm the day prior to delivery. For large orders, additional advance notice is appreciated. Please select from the menu of flavors available on the day of your requested delivery. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, please contact the location closest to your delivery address and ask to speak with a member of our customer service team. Shipping Rules and Pricing . . . . . . . . Georgetown Cupcake ships to physical addresses within the lower 48 states. We do not ship to PO boxes or APOs. The minimum order size for shipping is one dozen cupcakes. Each dozen cupcakes is $29. Shipping fees are $26 for the first dozen and $15 for each additional dozen shipped to the same address. All orders must be placed by 5 PM on the day prior to the desired delivery date. Saturday delivery is available for a $10 surcharge. We do not ship for arrival on Sundays or Mondays. Georgetown Cupcake ships all of its cupcakes overnight via FedEx. Due to the FedEx shipping schedule, Georgetown Cupcake cannot ship cupcakes for arrival on Sundays or Mondays. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We do not require signature upon receipt of any shipping order. However, due to the perishable nature of our product, it is best for someone to be present to receive the delivery. Please be aware of any specific delivery policies at your shipping destination. Georgetown Cupcake cannot guarantee delivery if we are provided with an incorrect address, or for shipping delays resulting from inclement weather. Georgetown Cupcake will provide you with a FedEx tracking number via email once your order has shipped. . . . . . . . .
